Your ticket revenue stays yours
0% EventGen commission on attendee payments
Attendee payments are processed directly into your connected Stripe account. EventGen does not take a percentage, hold your ticket revenue, or delay it for a later EventGen payout. Standard Stripe processing fees and Stripe's own payout schedule still apply.

* Email, SMS, and WhatsApp require you to connect your own verified provider. Push can use EventGen's system push provider. Each person a campaign is sent to uses one send from the rolling 30-day allowance. In-app campaigns are unlimited. AI is metered by actual model usage, not by a fixed prompt count. Paid packages include a weekly AI allowance equal to 5% of the package's standard monthly price; annual customers receive the same weekly allowance. The response figures are estimates and actual usage varies with the model, input and output length, context, files, and work requested. AI features share the same allowance.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Monthly paid plans release one Event Activation after each successful monthly payment, up to the plan-year ceiling; annual payment releases the full yearly allowance upfront. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Consumers who purchase a paid self-service subscription online may cancel within 14 days for a full refund under the Terms. By signing up, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Confidence before launch
Rehearse networking before you commit to Live
Free and Base packages include bounded Networking Test Mode. Configure the experience, imitate selected participants, and exercise the real Portal journey without exposing networking to registrants; add Engage when you are ready to go Live.
Exhibitor Lead Retrieval
The exhibitor badge-scanning app isn't part of the platform plans - it's bought per event as fixed packs of activation slots, right inside the dashboard. One slot activates the app on one device, so a booth team of five uses five slots, and your remaining balance is always visible.
The on-site staff app (EventGen Onsite) is not metered - it's included with the platform.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to contact sales to get started?
No. Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise are self-service. Sign up and upgrade from your dashboard. Enterprise+ is the only plan that requires a custom quote and Order.
Can I rehearse networking before buying Engage?
Yes. Free, Starter Base, Pro Base, and Enterprise Base include bounded Networking Test Mode. Configure networking, select trusted test participants, and imitate their Portal experience to exercise meeting requests, responses, wishlists, matching, and scheduling without exposing networking to real registrants. Test communications are suppressed by default and can be redirected only to verified organiser test recipients.
What's the difference between Base and Engage?
Base plans provide organiser-only Networking Test Mode for a safe pre-flight rehearsal. Engage is required to make curated or open networking available to real registrants. At Go Live, a non-Engage organiser is prompted to upgrade; after Engage is active, the transition removes disposable Test interactions and retains the networking configuration needed for launch.
What are the Networking Test Mode evaluation limits?
For a non-Engage event, one Test cycle supports up to 25 selected participants, 100 wishlist creations, 50 meeting creations, 250 peer messages, 25 curation runs, 100 AI searches, and 25 AI generations, subject to operational safety controls. These are creation or use counters, so deleting or cancelling Test activity does not replenish them. Engage organisers rehearse at their real event and plan scale instead of these commercial evaluation limits.
What happens if I hit my registrant limit?
The allowance counts unique people per event. At the limit, another registration for an existing person is allowed, but a new person cannot be accepted until capacity becomes available or your plan changes. Existing records remain available.
How does the weekly AI allowance work?
Free includes a fixed weekly AI allowance. Paid packages receive AI usage equal to 5% of the package's standard monthly price, released weekly; annual customers receive the same weekly allowance as monthly customers on the corresponding package. Usage is based on the model and actual input and output tokens rather than a fixed number of prompts. The response counts shown are estimates, so shorter requests may allow more responses and longer, context-heavy or file-based work may allow fewer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. A paid upgrade takes effect after the required payment succeeds. A downgrade normally applies at the end of the current paid period. Ordinary cancellation is also period-end; Consumers who purchase a paid self-service subscription online may cancel within 14 days for a full refund under the Terms. Changing or resubscribing does not reset your plan year or consumed usage.
How is Lead Retrieval priced?
Lead Retrieval - the badge-scanning app for exhibitors - is not part of the platform plans. You buy it per event, inside the dashboard, as fixed packs of activation slots: 10 devices for £300, 25 for £625, or 100 (plus 2 bonus) for £2,000, with USD and EUR pricing too (roughly £30 down to £20 per device). One slot activates the app on one device, so a booth team of five needs five slots (or one shared code with five activations). Your remaining balance is always visible on the dashboard's Lead Retrieval page, and every event includes 2 free activation slots (on every plan, including Free) so you can test before buying.
What currencies do you support?
Platform billing is available in GBP (£), USD ($), and EUR (€). For attendee payments (tickets and products), you can set your own currency and tax configuration through Stripe.
Does EventGen take a commission on ticket sales?
No. EventGen takes 0% commission. Attendee payments go directly to your connected Stripe account; EventGen does not hold your ticket revenue or delay it for a later EventGen payout. Standard Stripe processing fees and Stripe's payout schedule still apply.
